We want to hear from parents, caregivers, and youth of Driftpile Cree Nation. Your ideas matter!

CKAM wants to hear from families about ideas, suggestions, and thoughts on what we can provide to the community to support parents, caregivers, youth, and children.

You must be a Driftpile Cree member living on the Nation.

You must be a parent or caregiver to children, youth, or children who answer the questions.

You can complete this questionnaire for your children as a parent, but each person can only make one entry.

From December 9 to Dec 20^th there will be one person randomly drawn to win the prize selected for that day
